We aim to answer tickets as quickly as possible and we will respond to tickets in the order in which they arrive.

Typical ticket response times are 1-2 hours during 8am to 10pm, however it may take longer to respond to tickets during busy times.

Hardware Support - Servers will continue to be monitored 24/7, 365 days a year and any hardware issues will be resolved as soon as possible.
